2. Subscription fees
Plan charges are for digital software access. If you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the invoice.
3. Wallet / message credits
Credits purchased for WhatsApp conversations are generally non-refundable once added to your wallet, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate payment.
