Account data
Your name, business name, email address, and login credentials when you register.
Contact & message data
To send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf, we process the phone numbers, profile names, message content, delivery/read statuses, and tags of the contacts you communicate with.
Technical data
IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs for security and analytics.
3. How we use information
- To deliver the core service: sending, receiving, and organising WhatsApp messages.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To provide analytics, delivery reports, and customer support.
- To comply with WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta policies, and applicable law.
4. Sharing of information
We share data with Meta Platforms, Inc. strictly as required to operate the WhatsApp Cloud API. We may use trusted sub-processors (hosting, database, email delivery) under appropriate data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data retention
We retain contact and message data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Security
Access tokens and secrets are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), signature verification for webhooks, and access controls to protect your data.
